After being in this business for over 17 years, I've learned by trial and error to be successful in getting my clients what they want. If they want to sell, I know how to "stage" a home to help achieve the highest sales' dollar. I know how to avoid the pitfalls in contracts that cause you to pay more money (due to hidden clauses) and how to be taken care of in selling your greatest investment!
Buyer's Beware!
The "Caveat Emptor" Disclosure of "Let the Buyer Beware" is a most important phrase and fact. If you are buying a home (for instance) and you don't know the area,what type of plumbing the homes have, i.e. septic and well systems; you must know what you're buying! Otherwise (true story) you can get in the home and the septic system and well can go up in a day or so. In any sales transaction fpr a home purchase the buyer and seller are the parties involved. No other persons (usually) can be sued. I know how to protect my buyers' from the worry involved in buying. I get personally attached to my buyer's well being and investment. It is business, but good business that brings me credibility and referrals from families and friends. There is no greater compliment, than a referral from a satisfied client! I thank you all! Therefore, I've got staying power and will be here for you when and if you need me! This is my Career....not a hobby, or part-time job!
Hobbies and Interests..
I have quite a few hobbies and interests! When I tell people all that I can do, they tend to be taken back at first. Then eventually, when they get to know me, they learn I really can do all these Other things! Play Guitar, sing, dance, figure skate (Silver level), and any form of Art work I love.
